Why this matters RIGHT NOW...

The tech services industry has seen several waves of business model shifts over the years.

It used to be simple: call us when you need help, we'll fix it, and bill you" ('break fix' model).  The inconsistent revenue of this model was problematic, amongst other issues (clients holding off calling so they didn't have to spend money, e.g.).

Enter Wave 1

Professional IT companies realized they could hedge against the revenue 'peaks and valleys' and began offering managed services to create a consistent stream of revenue for themselves, along with routine maintenance and service predictability for their clients.

Then the global pandemic hit in 2020, everyone went to WFH, and bad actors sought to capitalize on the dispersion of employees and remote access.  Cyber attacks ran rampant.

Enter Wave 2

Businesses needed advanced security protections.  MSPs had to scramble to find products to keep their clients safe and reposition themselves as security experts -  some becoming MSSPs" with a developed 'security stack.'

Then another unexpected event happened in 2022 - OpenAI released ChatGPT into the world...the age of AI started.

Enter Wave 3

Clients are asking what should we be doing about AI?"

This question isn't just about products, it's about business strategy and process.

Clients need a Process, a Platform, and a Partner" - they need technology leadership and a consulting partner to solve problems, not just push products.

Each curve jump" rewarded early movers.  MSPs that innovate and become MIPs with solutions for their clients, will retain and grow business.  Late movers will be replaced.

Are you ready to make the jump?"
