Thank you for being a part of TriCord AI. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains guarantees and conditions for refunds for our programs and services, including but not limited to:

- MIP Accelerator™
- Private Coaching
- Consulting and education services
- Resale of third-party AI platforms

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

 

General Refund Principles

- Refunds are only available within the specific grace or guarantee periods outlined below.
- Refunds apply only to your initial order; they do not apply to subsequent payments on a payment plan.
- If a refund is granted, you will permanently lose access to the program, service, or platform included in your purchase.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Access to third-party platforms purchased through TriCord AI is non-refundable once credentials or access rights have been issued, unless otherwise required by law.

 

Grace Periods and Guarantee Periods

MIP Accelerator™:
- Grace Period: Within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
- 90-Day Guarantee: Within 90 days, you may request a refund if you meet both of the following criteria:
     1)  Attended all scheduled trainings and completed associated action items.
   2) Made a good-faith effort to follow the curriculum to launch your MIP conversion efforts and provide evidence of those efforts.

No guarantee of outcomes is provided. Results depend on your business, team, and implementation as well as current economic and market conditions.

 

Requests for refund will be reviewed and approved/denied at our sole discretion.

 

Consulting, Education, and Advisory Services

All consulting, coaching, and education services provided by TriCord AI are non-refundable once delivered. If you prepay for services not yet delivered, you may request a refund for unused services within 7 days of purchase.

No guarantee of outcomes is provided. Results depend on your business, team, and implementation as well as current economic and market conditions.

 

Third-Party AI Platform Purchases

TriCord AI resells access to third-party AI platforms. These purchases are non-refundable once access credentials are provided, unless otherwise required by law.

TriCord AI does not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or security of data on third-party platforms, and assumes no liability for your use of these platforms. Use of such platforms is subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriCord AI for any adverse outcomes by your use of these platforms.

 

Payment Plans

When you purchase a program or service, you may be offered the option to pay in full or via a fixed-length payment plan. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time and in full.

- If a payment is missed, access to the program may be suspended until payment is made.
- Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be referred to collections.
- Unless you qualify for a refund under the terms above, payment plan obligations cannot be canceled.

 

No Guarantee of Results

Your purchase of programs, consulting, coaching, or platforms from TriCord AI does not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or business outcomes. Examples shared in our materials may represent exceptional results achieved by some clients. Your outcomes depend on your own capacity, resources, and execution and may also be subject to current economic and market conditions.
